How do credits work?
Credits are used for generating videos, refinement turns in chat, and exporting final renders. Your monthly allowance resets every billing cycle, giving you a fresh start each month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up anytime by purchasing a credit pack from your dashboard. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly credits and a lower per-credit cost.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access to your plan's features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits do not roll over to the next month. However, credits purchased via top-up packs never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance for that period is exhausted.
